Shipping and delivery

It's All Greek uses DPD exclusively for all domestic shipments. This ensures a fast, reliable, and trackable delivery experience across the UK.

 

The cost is a flat rate of £6 per order, which is automatically added at the checkout. Your order will automatically connect your delivery postcode with the postcode you have on the DPD app on your phone.

To ensure the maximum safety of your items, international shipping rates are not automated at checkout. Instead, It's All Greek provides a bespoke service.

This is how it works:

 

• email me with the specific items you wish to purchase, together with your delivery addresss

• I will calculate the safest, fastest, and most reliable shipping option based on the weight, fragility, and destination of your order

• I send you a bespoke shipping quote for your approval

• if you approve, I send you a link for payment 

• international orders are shipped via tried and trusted couriers. FedEx is the one I use the most, but UPS or Evri are also good for certain destinations

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• any import duty is payable by you the customer

• in the case of large/fragile/combination orders, I may add an additional packing charge of up to £25 to cover the absurd amount of packaging material I use - I will of course discuss this with you and it will be clearly added to your payable amount

It's All Greek makes it a priority to ensure that your goods arrive safely and, as far as possible, within the timeframe given by the courier.

 

Please understand, however, that there can be delays outside my control. I will, however, keep in touch with your throughout, and make every effort to resolve the situation.
