Communication is paramount! If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, please get in touch with me straight away so that we can work out a plan of action.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are rare. Thankfully! In the unlikely event of a product being damaged in transit, you will be sent a replacement, free of charge.

If something is not quite as you had expected, and you wish to return or exchange it, that's fine. We will discuss the shipping cost.

You may, at any time within 14 days of receiving goods from It's All Greek, cancel your contract and return any goods. If for any reason you are not able to return the goods during this period, you must contact me.

The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the original packaging, as soon as reasonably possible.

I will refund to the payment card the price you paid for the goods returned, in addition to any agreed postal charge incurred by you.

NB: Goods returned after 14 days, without prior communication with us, will be refunded only at our discretion, and the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. A rare event, as I pack them all myself!

Returns for any reason must be paid for by you.

In the case of earrings, we are not able to verify whether they have been worn or not and therefore for reasons of hygiene, no return or exchange is possible. 

Your rights under this Part 3 are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
