UK - shipping exclusively with DPD - flat rate of £7

With DPD, your order is fully trackable, fully insured, and you are given an hour's delivery window on the day of delivery, which you can change if you wish to defer to another day or provide alternative delivery instructions.

A personal email from me will arrive soon after you have placed your order. You may expect to receive your order within two to three days.

APRIL 8 - MAY 2 : It's All Greek is on walkabout so there will be no shipping during this time. Shipping resumes on Tuesday 7th May, after the UK Public Holiday weekend. By all means place your orders as normal - I will acknowledge them! - and apply to your cart the discount coupon code in the popup box to claim your 15% OFF. (If you are on the mailing list, you have your own code!)

Customers outside the UK.

Automatic ordering via the website is now only possible for customers in mainland UK.

Email me at hello@itsallgreek.co.uk with the item/s you wish to order, together with the country to which you wish them to be shipped, and your zip code. I will then research the various shipping options and prices, and get back to you. During 'walkabout' periods whilst I am away, I shall be unable to weigh and measure, but will do so as soon as I return.

If you are happy with the quote, then I send you an invoice for payment, which you can pay via PayPal or credit card, exactly as you would do through the website. Please note that it is no longer possible to send jewellery items outside the UK and the EU.

Stock and Stock Changes

Everything on the website is in stock. Once an item is out of stock, I have taken it offline. Stock lines are constantly changing!

Payment

 - Securely and automatically through the website (mainland UK only) via Stripe (Amex accepted) and via PayPal.

 - By phone - email your phone number, and we will arrange a convenient time for a call. Or by invoice, taking you to Stripe.

 - By bank transfer - IBAN and bank transfer details available on request.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 28 days. You will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement, if it is in stock. A returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. In the unlikely event of an item being damaged when it arrives with you, a replacement will be sent, or a refund issued. For reasons of hygiene and because it is impossible for me to verify whether they have been worn or not, I cannot offer a return or an exchange on earrings. For further details please refer to Terms and Conditions.

Please email me if you have any questions.

terms and conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of reproduction Greek art, jewellery and gifts  (‘Goods’) from the It’s All Greek Online website at www.itsallgreek.co.uk (the ‘Website’). The Website and Goods are provided by It’s All Greek (‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’). When we refer to ‘you’ and ‘your’, we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of the Goods.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.

The terms and conditions contain the following sections:

Part 1 – Information about the Website and the Goods

Part 2 – Buying Goods

Part 3 – Returning Goods

Part 4 – General terms relating to our relationship with you

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will apply to all subsequent orders. You should check the terms and conditions on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

If you have any questions about the terms and conditions, the Goods or the Website, please email us.

PART 1 – INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND THE GOODS

This sets out some terms about information on the Website, descriptions of the Goods and how you use the Website. Separate Notices and Disclaimers apply to your use of the Website. By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to the Notices and Disclaimers (below).

We try to make sure that all the information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times.

However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible and, if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods, we will try to let you know.

You should bear in mind that buying Goods over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying  in person. In particular, you acknowledge that:

•    Due to the fact that the Goods are individually cast, carved, painted or hand-finished, there will inevitably be variations in size, colour, patina, and texture. The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors, including your display settings. The piece you see online is usually not the one you will receive. By all means ask me to send you a photo of the piece you would receive.

•    All goods are subject to availability.

•    You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times

PART 2 – BUYING GOODS

This sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of Goods from us through the Website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

Adding a product/s to your shopping basket

Checkout step 1 – Login details or, if you prefer, you can purchase as a guest

Checkout step 2 – address details

Checkout step 3 – payment details

On receipt of your Order, we will send you a formal Order Acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number and details of the Goods ordered.

Within 24 hours or so we will email you more 'personally' to let you know when you may expect your goods to be delivered.

As of 1st August 2021, It's All Greek is not registered for VAT.

In the case of orders shipped outside the UK, responsibility for the payment of any import taxes or charges incurred remains with the customer.

PART 3 – RETURNING GOODS

This Part sets out the terms which govern your right to return any Goods that you do not want to keep. You can, at any time within 28 days of receiving Goods from us, cancel your contract and return any Goods to us.

The Goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged as soon as reasonably possible.  In the case of an item of jewellery (with the exception of earrings - see below), it must be unworn. We will refund to the payment card the price you paid for the Goods returned to us, in addition to any agreed postal charge incurred by you. Returns from outside the UK must be paid for by you.

In the case of earrings, we are not able to verify whether they have been worn or not and therefore for reasons of hygiene, no return or exchange is possible.

Your rights under this Part 3 are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email hello@itsallgreek.co.uk that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

PART 4 – GENERAL TERMS RELATING TO OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU

This Part sets out some general terms that govern our relationship with you and purchases by you.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment. All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.
