PAYMENT

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
• All European Union prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website.
• Wherever you are, the price you pay is inclusive of packaging, insurance and delivery.

Our secure payment area is managed by SECPay, who will process your card details. Please note that for your own protection, we have nothing to do with the card processing mechanism. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

DELIVERY

• We aim to send your order to you within a week.
• If, for any reason, there is a delay, we will let you know when we acknowledge your order.
• Depending on the goods you order, they will be sent either by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, Royal Mail International Signed For & UPS.
• All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. It's All Greek will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please be aware that, due to the fact that our products are either individually cast, carved, painted and hand finished, there may be minor variations in size, colour and texture.

When you make a purchase from our website, we retain certain personal information from you such as your name, address and email. We would only use this information to send you the occasional news bulletin or invitations to events. It's All Greek complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential. If you would prefer us to delete your details from our database, please email or phone us.

SECPay handles our online credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and GUARANTEES

We have complete confidence in all our products and our aim is to supply products of the highest quality at all times.

In the unlikely event of a product being broken in transit, please notify us immediately. If it is returned to us within 14 days, you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement, if we have it in stock. A returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Refunds made for goods which are not faulty will be issued in the form of a credit note.

Our gold and silver jewellery is accompanied by a guarantee certificate.

IMPORT TAXES (for orders outside the EU)

Orders placed with us outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. Please note that this is the customer's responsibility.
